This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through noxskoll.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it. It applies to all visitors regardless of location, including residents of California (CCPA) and the United Kingdom / European Economic Area (UK GDPR / GDPR).
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Contact form — your full name, email address, and message content when you submit an enquiry via the contact form on our site.
- Call booking — your name, email address, time zone, and any notes you provide when scheduling a call through our Calendly integration.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. These logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.
- We do not currently use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels on this site. If this changes, this policy will be updated before any such technology is deployed.
2. How We Use Your Information

- To review your Shopify store before a booked call so we can deliver a prepared, specific diagnosis.
- To send you a single transactional confirmation email after you submit our contact form or book a call.
- To comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and protect the security of our systems.
We do not add you to any marketing list, newsletter, or automated drip sequence without your explicit opt-in consent.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party processors to operate our site. Each is contractually bound to protect your data:
