We operated brands
before we automated them.

Most ecommerce agencies were built by marketers who added operations as an afterthought — or by developers who never managed a warehouse. Nox Skoll was built the other way around.

Our story

Nox Skoll started as an operations problem we were living inside. For six years we ran real brands — not as consultants with advice, but as operators accountable for the outcome.

MailBakes reached £871K in twelve months. Bed of Nails coordinated across 4 international warehouses. Inmotionworld rebuilt from scratch across 2,500-plus SKUs. These were not consulting engagements. We were responsible for what happened.

When we built Stokr, we were not building what the market needed. We were building the tool we had needed for years of managing those operations. That is why it works the way operations actually work — not the way a developer imagined they might.

Operator principles

What we believe

Because your brand deserves operators who have done this before — and hold themselves to a higher standard than most agencies will.

Operations before marketing

You cannot scale a broken operation. Fix the system first — then spend on acquisition.

Always

Operators, not advisors

We have been accountable for outcomes, not just recommendations. That changes how we think.

Always

Revenue over deliverables

A strategy that does not move a commercial number is not a strategy. We hold everything to that standard.

Always

Selective by design

Fewer clients means deeper work. We decline wrong-fit engagements so we can go all-in on the right ones.

By design

Build for independence

When we leave, the system runs without us. We build to make ourselves unnecessary — not indispensable.

Always

Transparent about everything

US-registered, Pakistan delivery team, public track record. We say exactly who we are and where we operate.

Always

How we work

Five things you will notice.

Not five values. Five behaviors — what you will observe in practice when working with us.

Diagnose before prescribing

01

Every engagement starts with an honest look at your actual situation. We will not recommend a service you do not need — and we will tell you if there is nothing for us to fix.

Own the outcome, not the deliverable

02

We measure success by your revenue and operational performance, not by the deliverable we shipped. A strategy that does not move a commercial metric is not a strategy.

Connect operations to revenue

03

Every system we build is evaluated by how it moves a commercial number — not by how technically clean it is. Operations exist to produce revenue, and we hold every decision to that standard.

Say no to wrong-fit clients

04

If you are below £30,000 monthly, not on Shopify, or unwilling to share admin access, we decline. Selective client work is how we protect quality for the clients we do take.

Build things that outlast us

05

When we leave, the system runs without us. We document everything and build for independence — not for client dependency on ongoing retainers.

We're hiring

We work with a small, selective team of operators and engineers. If you care about ecommerce at a deep level, we want to hear from you.
